Is your email outreach game on-point? Do you love starting up conversations with strangers? Do you thrive on A/B testing to find the perfect language that converts?

If yes, you might be the perfect fit to join our team as an Outreach Specialist.

  • You may already be knee-deep in emails or other writing, whether it's in sales outreach, link building, email marketing, or as a writer.
  • You may have realized you’re skilled in the art of persuasion and communication, but your current role doesn’t let you apply your skills to the best of your ability–or grow your career.
  • It sounds like joining TLG might be a strong next step for you.

Who We Are

TheLinksGuy is a boutique link building and digital PR agency that specializes in building high-quality white-hat links for clients across the globe.

And we have a simple–but very specialized–three-step process to build links for each of our clients.

STRATEGY

Based on our clients' content, we create the right strategies and campaigns to pinpoint the types of websites seeking that content.

PROSPECT

Our sharp team of prospectors mine the data to determine the exact websites we need to reach out to, followed by the exact people with whom we need to build a relationship.

OUTREACH

Our friendly outreach specialists – like you! – email those people, aiming not just to ask for a link, but also to build rapport and a relationship with each individual.

We find that when these three steps of the process work, we can earn the types of links for our clients that pack a serious punch towards traffic and search engine rankings.

4 Reasons To Join TheLinksGuy as an Outreach Specialist

1. You’re allowed (and encouraged) to be creative.

The kind of people we email have inboxes flooded with messages, most of which sound boring or like they’ve been written by robots–and that end up dying in spam folders or trash.

We get results by standing out, grabbing their attention and keeping the recipient engaged. Adding personality and charm to our emails is how we build rapport and convert.

If you get a kick out of writing compelling messaging, this is the job for you.

2. Learn new skills that help build your career.

We can train you in the art and science of email outreach. As long as you are willing to take feedback, and to put in the time and effort required to get there, you can become a world-class outreach specialist.

We have some of the best learning and development programs available in this sector. White hat link building is known for its challenge, which is why so few are able to do it well. We have to keep our team sharp in order to keep earning results, which is why we’ve made our training a core center of focus. Digital marketing and SEO are some of today’s hottest industries. Successfully mastering areas like link building will put you ahead of your competition.

3. Earn pay, access promotions, and enjoy stability.

We don’t hire for short-term gigs; we build our team, with room to grow.

If you’re happy to keep working with us and get results, we want you to stay with TLG for as long as possible. So with us, you’re getting a shot at a full-time job with a fair salary.

Pay Offered: Please take a moment to complete the form provided below, and ensure to review the offered range specified within.

(Note: Anyone with experience in other industries, will be considered as freshers, and any pay package mentioned for link building professionals does not apply. Pay will be communicated by HR post clearing the interview.)

We also have a set pay progression plan, which means full transparency on how you can expect your earnings to increase over time. And our performance incentive plan means that if you hit your targets, you can qualify for a bonus after every quarter.

There’s even a chance of promotion, since we hire every management and senior position from within.

4. Have an impact and be recognized as a valued member of our team.

We keep the TLG team fairly small, so you’ll be working closely with your supervisor, colleagues, and even the CEO, Amit.

We value everyone's opinion, contribution and impact to the business. That's why almost everyone is involved in 2-3 calls during each week, discussing their projects with different members of the team. This also lets us support each other through any challenges that may pop up over the course of a campaign or project.

Your personal performance directly impacts our business performance, and you’ll see this clearly every week.

We have worked with some clients ranging from Silicon Valley startups, VC-backed tech companies backed by major entrepreneurs, INC 5000 companies, national eCommerce brands, and even a famous rapper.

This translates into your exposure to a very diverse portfolio of clients–and a wider range of experience than you could gain at most other agencies.

What does an Outreach Specialist’s day look like?
