1. You’re allowed (and encouraged) to be creative.
Your work with search operators and data mining takes our campaigns from strategy to execution. Your findings directly impact the success of a project. Figuring out how to find our targets is only part of the puzzle; the data you generate will inform future campaigns and drive brainstorming.

What does a Link Prospector’s day look like?
Collecting and editing data through extensive web research and Google Sheets
Analyzing multiple information sources to resolve factual discrepancies in data
Ensuring quality of data in the database
Collaborating on client strategy, outreach performance, and reporting
Engaging in online discussion and virtual meetings with colleagues on best practices for getting positive results
Superb at finding information on the web–quickly, creatively, and accurately at-scale.
Has experience working in web research, link building, localization projects, data collection, research and information analysis, or something similar.
Tech-savvy and always interested in learning new tools.
Comfortable navigating Excel and Google Sheets, and can type reasonably fast.
Can point to experience working to deadlines and handling large volumes of data.
Have the ability to problem-solve and think creatively, but also ask questions when needed.
Can demonstrate to us a history of being detail-oriented, organized, and communicative.
Want a full-time remote position.
Can handle UTC Time Zone working hours of 9am - 6pm, and be available for meetings.
Have a stable, high-speed, fiber-optic internet connection; a webcam; and a mic.
Note: there is a minimum 3-month probation period for every new team member.
